By Filling Out A Rehab Application
If the offense would be considered an indictable offense in Canada with a maximum term of imprisonment of ten years, they may be considered rehabilitated if 10 years have passed since they completed the sentence imposed or since they committed the offense.
If the crime is one that would be tried quickly in Canada, and if the offender has been convicted of two or more summary offenses, the time for recovery is at least five years after the conclusion of the punishment.
