The Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic is a trusted English language proficiency test for universities, colleges, and governments around the world. It is gaining momentum among the Bangladeshi youth for many reasons. It is acceptable for Australia and New Zealand immigration applications along with university applications worldwide, including prominent institutions like Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Yale etc. PTE is accepted by various scholarship schemes like Chevening Scholarships, Australia Awards, UK Bar Standards Board and the like. PTE is also endorsed by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).
PTE being an entirely computer-operated test, there is no risk of human error or impact. Your test center will give you some resources that you must read one by one
On the day of the test, you must present the SAME VALID ID that you used to apply for the test. Only a Passport is accepted by IELTS. 2 pencils, an eraser, and a pencil sharpener with a canister, as well as your confirmation email.
In an official IELTS test center, test takers must complete the Reading, Listening, and Writing tests in front of a computer with the questions displayed on the screen.
Within five business days following your test date, you should get your findings. When your results are ready, Pearson will send you an email with instructions on how to access your score through your Pearson web account. Pearson will contact you directly if there is a delay in your results for whatever reason.
