File Review

Many candidates complete the application process without engaging a visa counselor or advocate. Permanent residence, work or study permits, PNPs, and tourist visas can all be applied for without the help of an attorney or other professional. If you want to move to Canada, you can do so without the aid of an expert or advocate.

Incomplete or incorrect paperwork, ineligibility, or an IRCC officer’s lack of confidence in your ability to comply with program requirements are common reasons for application denials. Whatever the case may be, it’s safe to assume that you’d rather not repeat your mistaken ways. A Canadian immigration expert or barrister can be of great assistance at this stage.

Even if you plan to handle the entire application process on your own, it’s a good idea to have it reviewed by an expert to rule out the possibility of rejection due to missing or inaccurate information or a mismatched document.

Have you already prepared your application but want to double-check that it meets all of the Canadian government’s program requirements? You can rely on our file evaluation service to help you along the way.
Exactly how does it function?

1) Having your application and supporting materials readily available

We will be in touch to ask for the registration materials you have already gathered. If an internet submittal of your registration is required, you will be asked to provide your My CIC or PNP personal access details. (all information is confidential and stored securely).
The proposal and supporting materials are being reviewed for the first time

One of our Certified Canadian Immigration Specialists will give your application and supporting materials a thorough evaluation. (RCIC).

If you can’t make it into the office, we can talk on the phone. Before submitting your application, we will review it and let you know what needs to be fixed; we will also give you a documented list of suggestions.

Third and final application and paperwork evaluation
After you have made the necessary adjustments and/or revisions to your application and supporting papers based on our feedback, we will conduct a final evaluation.

At any point during the evaluation of your application, you will be able to address any worries or queries you may have. If your situation (e.g., job, marriage status, etc.) alters after you’ve submitted your application, feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have.

Help us evaluate the following kinds of applications

  1. Access Canada Faster Through the Express Entry System
  2. Work Permit, Temporary Resident Visa, and Permanent Resident Card Applications
  3. Activate your Work Permit Application
  4. An Application for a Research Permit
  5. Filing for Spousal Sponsorship
  6. A Family’s Worth of Grandparents and Parents Form for Seeking Sponsorship
  7. Declaration of Eligibility for Citizenship
