The Quebec Business Immigration programs are for candidates with the innovative entrepreneurial, investor, or self-employed experience who want to settle down in the province of Quebec.

Capable applicants will receive a Quebec Selection Certificate ( Certificat de selection du Quebec, or CSQ) and will then have to satisfy the Government of Canada’s criteria before obtaining permanent residence approval.

  • Quebec Investor Program To get approval as an investor in Quebec, an individual must have a fixed net worth, managerial experience and should make a government investment for a time period of five years. This investment’s financing is available through Canadian financial institutions.

  • Quebec Entrepreneur Program To be approved as an entrepreneur, it is must to have a fixed net worth, business project, deposit amount (start-up and security) and should be able to establish or derive a business in Quebec and participate effectively in a managerial role of business.

  • Quebec Self-Employed Worker Program Finally, talking about a self-employed worker, it is essential to have a fixed net worth, have relevant work experience in the profession or trade that one desires to practice in Quebec and deposit a definite amount depending on the region where they would be working.
